Hey there guys. I've got some more info on the upcumming kayak hash:
Launch Point: South River Outfitters on the bank of the South Fork of the St. Lucie River.
This is the Cove Rd. Exit off I-95 / S.R. 76- go east approx. 1/4 mi. turn right,
just past Wendy's, look for outfitters on left. Go to :
southriveroutfitters.com to see a map and their info.
Launch Time: Business hours are 9-5 p.m., last rented boat must be in before 5 so let's
make it 12 for 1:00. We are talking Sat. June 24, 2006.
Price: If you don't have your own vessel and need to rent one you must reserve a
kayak ahead of time! You must put a 40% deposit down if reserving a boat
and they do not accept credit cards so you can drive there and give it to them
in person, or mail a check to them at: South River Outfitters
7647 Lost River Rd.
Stuart, Fl. 34997 772)223-1500
Single Person Kayak=25$ These are the total rental fees,
Two Person Kayak =35$ Ya'll do the math.
I know this system sounds totally antiquated but what can I say. If you don"t
reserve one or know someone with a boat you can borrow, there may be none
available. There are no refunds unless the weather is really shitty. So re-
serve boats now you wankers.
Oh and for you kayak virgins, don't let inexperience stop you now, kayaking
is fun, easy, and for everyone of all ages. If you can canoe, you can kayak.
Other than that, the cost is 5$ for the beer and trail.
The people know some TCH3 folks and are familiar with the Hashers (this is
always a plus in my mind) and this should be fun! So don't miss it!!
Contact me if you need to 561)386-6629 or Ed and Suzanne at So. River Outfitters find number and e-mail address above. ON-ON AND ON- OUT shitTYNAME.
